Implementation required: You must implement recommendations from your report within 90 days
Documentation: Provide before/after cloud billing data (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Measurement period: Savings measured over 30 consecutive days after implementation

How to Claim Your Refund

If your savings don't meet our 2x guarantee, here's how to get your money back:

Implement Recommended Changes

Follow the implementation guides in your optimization report. You have 90 days from receiving your report to complete implementation.

Track Your Savings

Measure your cloud costs for at least 30 consecutive days after completing implementation. Compare to 30 days before implementation.

Submit Refund Request

Cloud bills from 30 days before implementation (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Cloud bills from 30 days after implementation (Azure, AWS, GCP)
List of recommendations you implemented
Your original invoice/receipt

We Verify Your Data

Our team reviews your submission within 5 business days. We calculate total cost reduction from your implemented recommendations.

Get Your Refund

If you saved less than 2x our fee, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Verification Process

To ensure fairness, we calculate your savings as follows:

Calculation Method:

1. Baseline Cost: Average daily cloud cost for 30 days before implementation
2. Post-Implementation Cost: Average daily cloud cost for 30 days after implementation
3. Monthly Savings: (Baseline - Post-Implementation) × 30
4. Compare to 2x Fee: If Monthly Savings < (2 × Service Fee), you qualify for full refund

We only count savings from recommendations in your report that you actually implemented. Savings from changes you made independently or Cloud provider price changes don't count toward the guarantee.

What Doesn't Qualify for Refund

To maintain fairness, these situations don't qualify for refunds:

Recommendations not implemented: You must implement at least the major recommendations from your report
Changes reversed: If you undo changes before the 30-day measurement period
Unrelated savings: Cost reductions from changes not in our report don't count
Cloud provider price changes: Savings from cloud provider price changes (not related to our recommendations)
Workload changes: If you significantly change your cloud workload during measurement (major migrations, shutdowns, new projects)

Recurring Plans (Quarterly & Continuous)

For Quarterly and Continuous Monitoring plans, the guarantee applies to each reporting period:

Refund applies to the most recent payment (not cumulative)
Must have implemented recommendations from the most recent report
Can claim once per billing period
Upfront fee ($495) covered under first report's guarantee

No Questions Asked

If you meet the criteria above and provide the required documentation, we process your refund immediately. We don't ask why you want the refund or try to convince you to stay. If our service didn't deliver 2x ROI, you deserve your money back. Period.
